• Field Support Rep (Dispatch)

  As a Field Support Representative (Dispatch) at Triangle Communications, you will be the crucial link between our members and our technical team. Your role is to ensure that our members receive outstanding service by promptly addressing their internet service inquiries and issues. You will handle incoming calls, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with field technicians to resolve more complex issues.

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as primary point of contact for members and technicians regarding phone, long distance, and internet troubles, and new or already scheduled service requests, asking pertinent questions in order to obtain accurate and complete information. Dispatch to appropriate personnel to balance workload and meet member timelines.
  2. Provide basic troubleshooting for voice, long distance, and internet troubles.
  3. Review and follow all service orders and trouble tickets. Report service order errors to appropriate manager.
  4. Assign and dispatch service orders and trouble tickets to appropriate personnel.
  5. Report to appropriate manager any service orders or troubles not completed as scheduled.
  6. Ensure all emergency locates are processed, and work through other locating duties as needed
