We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our Outside Plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of telephone plant construction and regulations, provide leadership, and participate as a member of the telephone engineering team to maintain our network. This role is vital in ensuring that our telephone construction projects and installation of fiber cable are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Lead and supervise all personnel activities of the Construction crews
• Being knowledgeable of terrain difficulties and how it impacts construction to allow the appropriate time to complete construction activities
• Coordinating directional bores in advance of construction activity
• Monitoring and prioritizing construction workflow
• Oversee quality control processes to guarantee that all work meets industry standards and client expectations
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution
• The ability to read maps, staking sheets, fiber schematics, and perform editing functions in QGIS
• Determine schedules, sequences, and work assignments based on work priority, workload, and equipment availability
• Play a vital role in the formulation and development of a set of company subscriber installation standards.

Experience & Requirements

GED or High School Diploma required.

AA/AS in Electronics or related field and 4 years of job related experience.

Must obtain & maintain a current MT Drivers license, insurability, and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Reporting location: must be within 30 minutes of Triangle Communications territory or location.
