Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise the marketing and public relations operations, oversee Company communications to customers, direct the development and execution of promotions and advertising strategies, and lead community events and member outreach.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to assess campaign performance and make informed adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective marketing collateral.
  • Must know the 4 “P’s” of marketing and how to implement the “P’’s”.

2. Community Engagement:

  • Plan and execute a variety of community events to promote community involvement.
  • Coordinate logistics, secure venues, and manage event budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Travel throughout our service region to promote our youth sponsorship opportunities and programs.

3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.

4. Budget and reporting management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Report tracking for promotional and community/youth engagement marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of job related experience.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
